These breads are made with German dinkel flour also known in English as spelt flour. This range of breads is wheat-free. Dinkel flour has a high fibre content which makes it easier to digest. It is a wholesome alternative for nearly all bread allergies. It also contains a higher protein level than wheat flour giving it a slightly sweeter taste.
